  • When you are coaching at any level, please do not underestimate what a player can learn and what will soak in.  If you take what you teach at the beginning of the season and compare it to the end of the season, there is no doubt that kids will improve.  Many times what a player is taught at one level becomes even more evident once they move up to the next age group.  Kids are sponges and will catch on in their own time; some quicker than others.  Please have patience with the process of teaching; more importantly have a lot of FUN while you see their improvements over the course of the season(s).

Our SBA Coaching Technical Director is Jason Eggen and he will be reachable anytime during the season by email
